It’s quick and easy and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
Serves :4 -6
Prep time : 10 minutes
2 lbs of ground turkey or ground beef 80/20
1 medium yellow or purple onion
2 zucchini’s (spiraled for noodles)
Garlic powder to taste or fresh garlic 6 cloves minced
1 Green, Red and Yellow Bell Pepper
Black pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
1 can of tomato sauce 28oz
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 container of whole mushrooms
Brown meat in IP on Saute’ for 15-20 minutes (medium heat)
Add onion, bell peppers and garlic
Add sauces and tomatoes
Cook for an additional 15 -20 minutes stirring constantly
Serve over a bed of zoodles
