Keto Creamed Spinach

This is probably one of the quickest and easiest recipes you will ever come across.

You can use fresh or frozen spinach for this recipe.

Serves :4 -6

Prep time : 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 bags of fresh or frozen spinach

1 medium yellow or purple onion

2 tablespoons of butter

Garlic powder to taste or fresh garlic 6 cloves minced

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

4 oz of cream cheese, I used sour cream as a sub.

1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 cup of parmesan cheese

Steps:

Cook spinach in microwave

In a skillet on medium high heat , melt butter add onion.

Add garlic and cream cheese stir until melted.

Add heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

Add spinach into sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes
