Oven Roasted Asparagus

Serves 4:

Prep time : 10 minutes


1 bunch of fresh trimmed asparagus

3 tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil (whichever you have available)

1 teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon of fresh black pepper

1 clove of fresh garlic * may substitute 1 teaspoon of garlic powder if fresh garlic is not available *

1 whole lemon (optional)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Add oil to baking sheet.

Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer

Add seasonings

Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes.

Add fresh squeezed lemon prior to serving.
