Keto/ Low Carb Lemon Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

This is one of my favorite recipes, because it’s quick and easy to make and doesn’t require alot of ingredients..

Serves : 4

Prep time : 15

Ingredients:

2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs(cut into 1/4 pieces)

1 Red bell pepper

1 Green bell pepper

1 Yellow onion

4 stalks of celery

Garlic powder to taste

Onion powder to taste

Black pepper to taste

Greek seasoning to taste

2 Fresh Lemons

Steps:

Add olive oil to a skillet on medium high heat

Add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown

Add in remaining ingredients (cook the onions until they are translucent)

Use a cheese grater to zest the lemons, then add the juice from the lemons to the skillet.
