Loaded Brussels

Serves : 4

Prep time : 10 minutes


2 lbs of brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half or quarters

2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil

Salt and pepper

2 cups of shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese

A protein of your choice( I typically use chicken thighs or turkey breast that has already booked cooked)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Toss sprouts in olive oil, then add to sheet pan or baking dish.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until sprouts are tender.

Add cheese and your protein, then place back in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
