Ingredients
- 4 ounces of chicken breast, skin on or skinless
- Fresh black pepper
- Sea Salt or NoSalt
- 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
- 1 whole chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese
- 3 teaspoons of paprika
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 2-3 Tablespoons of parsley
- 2 Whole fresh lemons
Steps
- Add avocado oil to pan
- Season chicken with salt and pepper (to desired taste)
- Sear chicken on both sides for about 10-15 minutes
- Add onion and lemon juice to skillet and saute’ for 4-6 minutes
- Add cream cheese and paprika and bring to a low simmer
- Stir in sour cream, and cook chicken until completely done.
- Add parsley and serve.
