Lemon Pepper Paprika Chicken

Serves 4:

Prep time : 8 minutes

Cook time : 29 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of chicken breast, skin on or skinless
  • Fresh black pepper
  • Sea Salt or NoSalt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil
  • 1 whole chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of parsley
  • 2 Whole fresh lemons

Steps

  • Add avocado oil to pan
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper (to desired taste)
  • Sear chicken on both sides for about 10-15 minutes
  • Add onion and lemon juice to skillet and saute’ for 4-6 minutes
  • Add cream cheese and paprika and bring to a low simmer
  • Stir in sour cream, and cook chicken until completely done.
  • Add parsley and serve.
