



Serves 4:
Prep time : 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 large head Cauliflower (cut into small florets) or use frozen cauliflower, use instructions on bag to cook, then let cool off.
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar will work as well
1 tbsp Dijon mustard or Spicy mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
2 large Eggs (hard boiled, chopped)
Parsley (for garnish )
Steps:
Cook the cauliflower on stove or microwave if using frozen
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together until it has liquefied
Add cauliflower and eggs and parsley
Sit in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to let ingredients congeale
